As well as training, our Crew also works closely with dieticians, nutritionists, professors, scientists, doctors, body mass consultants and other professionals who are available to assist or advise you at any time. How often should I train? Top

If you train by yourself, it is recommended that you train four to five times a week. But because Fitness Crew trainers know how to achieve great results, our clients train on average one to three times per week. This makes it far more affordable and much more efficient on your time. Together, we can work out a program that suits your time and budget.

How many personal training sessions should I do? Top

This is entirely up to you, but keep in mind, if you have found sticking to a fitness program difficult in the past then the more you can do initially the greater your chance of turning that around and succeeding. At Fitness Crew, we are fully flexible and can add or remove sessions during your program, depending how you are going.

What do I need to bring for a PT session? Top

A towel, bottle of water, sunscreen and a hat if it's hot, a little enthusiasm and a great big smile. Seriously, thats it! Your trainer will bring EVERYTHING else that you need, including any equipment for the session, right to your home, office or local park to make you look good and feel fantastic. It's that simple!

But I have my own equipment, can we use that? Top

If you do have some equipment, your trainer can advise you on getting the best use from it. You might use it with the trainer during sessions as well as on your own between sessions.

Absolutely. Your personal trainer can help you choose the right equipment to achieve your goals.

I'm too old? Top

You are NEVER too old to start or get back into training. We have clients doing personal training in their 80's and loving it. Our expert trainers can design a program personalised to your schedule, routine, your needs and most importantly, your goals... whatever your age!

Are your personal training services mobile (i.e. can you come to me)? Top

Yes. We will come to your home, workplace or meet you at another suitable location (e.g. park, pool etc). Contact us to find out if we have a trainer in your area.

NO.

Where can I train? Top

Absolutely anywhere! Because we are a mobile company, all of our trainers are self-contained training studios. We currently train clients in parks, offices, garages, lounge rooms, patios, verandahs and backyards. Anywhere! Less equipment, less time wasting and less overheads all mean bigger savings for you!

Will you give me a program to follow when I’m not with a trainer? Top

Of course. Fitness Crew is the whole package! Your trainer will design a safe and progressive program for you to follow throughout your training, both during your sessions together and for you at home out of sessions.

Can more than ONE person train? Top

You bet! As part of our FitBud program, you can double then fun and fitness by bringing a friend, colleague, neighbour or partner to your training sessions for free! Or if more makes you merrier, our FitGang program enables you to bring up to 15 like-minded friends. It's a great way to get that extra motivation and support and reduce the cost of your session.

Are your personal trainers fully qualified? Top

Great question! This should be asked of any personal trainer. Yes, all of our trainers are professional and fully qualified, meeting requirements for registration as Fitness Trainers with Fitness Australia. They are also insured, experienced, fun, motivated and determined to help you achieve your goals!

Are all of the sessions one hour? Top

Most clients prefer an hour session, but we can discuss time frames to suit your schedule.

I travel a lot - can I reschedule or change my appointments? Top

Many of our clients travel regularly so we are used to rescheduling appointments on a fortnightly, monthly or weekly basis. So long as we receive notice no less than the night before your session, we can reschedule the session without charge.
