Whether you just need the additional support or you have a friend keen to get fit and have fun themselves, our FitBud program means you can bring your buddy along to training sessions for FREE!Our FitGang program gives you the opportunity to have a group of up to 15 people train together. It's a fun and successful way of training with that extra support.
